My Customize Online will only accept returns in case the product is unworn, unwashed and unused. If the product being returned is in inadequate condition, My Customize Online reserves the right not to accept the return.
My Customize Online accepts returns only if the product is sent back to us within three days of being delivered.
The return should be backed with valid reason. My Customize Online will only accept returns if the product delivered to you was defected, physically damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Product should be returned to My Customize Online in the original form in which it was delivered.
Customised products can only be exchanged-not returned.
